- 50g butter
- 285g marshmallows
- 200g choco flavoured puffed rice cereal
- 25g sweetened desiccated coconut
MethodPrep:5min ›Cook:5min ›Extra time:1hr cooling › Ready in:1hr10min
- Grease a 20x30cm tin. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Quickly stir the marshmallow mixture into the cereal and coconut to coat. Press into the prepared tin with the back of a buttered spoon. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

285g of marshmallows is far too much for 200g of coco pops, more coco pops are needed to make this recipe more easier to work with-09 Apr 2016

yummy! and simple. although I strayed from the directions and just used a one-bowl, microwave method: melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl, add the marshmallows, microwave for 20 or 30 seconds, stir, repeat until smooth. Instead of using a buttered spoon, just wet your fingers a little with water and get on in there with your hands. the krispies won't stick to your fingers, and it's a lot easier than using a spoon.-21 Oct 2010
